ACCOMMODATION
For the accommodation ,we would like to introduce “Silver Sand Hotel”(www.silversand.com) the room rate
is 1,200 Baht per day/room include 2 American Breakfasts. And Surf Beach Hotel room rate is 800 Baht
per day/room not include breakfast More information about the accommodation will be published on the

27. AIR TRAVEL / TRANSPORTATION
27.1 Please book your flights to Bangkok Suvarnabhumi International Airport.
- Transfer and equipment transportation arrangements can be made upon request. In case of passenger
per group below 4 person ,The transportation charge will be 2000 Baht per person, If the group member
between 4-6 persons the transportation fee will be 1500 Baht, But if the group member more than 6
person ,please direct inform to Windsurfing Association of Thailand ‘s e-mail (wathai @cscoms.com)
27.3 Neither the Organising Authority nor RS:X Association take responsibility for travel bookings
made in error.
28. REGISTRATION

- Competitors shall provide the following documentation prior to completing registration formalities
on site:
- Original Regatta Entry Form (Form 1 – Download)
- Proof of entry fee payment
- Evidence of valid third party insurance
- Proof of age (passport)
- Parental / legal Guardian Assent (Form 2) if needed
- Measurement Form signed by the Official Measurer
- Medical treatment permission (Form 3)
- Coaches and team support personnel shall provide the following documentation prior to completing registration
on site:
- Original Regatta Entry Form (Form 4 – Download)
- Proof of entry fee payment
- Boat driving licence (if applicable)
- Evidence of boat insurance (if applicable)
- Proof of ICSA membership
