To assist in the development of class measurers and ensure that standards worldwide are the same, the RS:X Chief Measurer will deliver a seminar on December 15th. Participation is free. Successful candidates will be recognised as RS:X Class Measurers and given the necessary international experience may be recomended by the class to ISAF as suitable for International Measurer status.
The RS:X Class is keen to establish a network of measurers worldwide with a minimum of one ISAF International Measurer in each continent. From theses 6, one will be put forward by the class to act as the windsurfing event measurer at the 2012 Olympic Regatta in Weymouth.
