2010 RS:X World Windsurfing Championships: Gear transfer from Weymouth to Kerteminde

bluewaterPlease note that the LOA of the 2010 RS:X World Windsurfing Championships is offering a special price for the transportation of RS:X equipment from Weymouth (Sail for Gold) to Kerteminde (Worlds). Here are some facts re the transport from Weymouth to Kerteminde.

There will be a  2 person team in place on the quay of Weymouth Friday 13th and Saturday 14th of August 2010 to look after RS:X boards and  rig bags. To secure safe transport to Kerteminde,  the LOA has  arranged for a Danish accompanied trailer to be on site in Weymouth as of Friday midday - and stay until Saturday evening to ensure everything is looked after and loaded proberly in the truck. Saturday night the trailer will drive directly from Weymouth to Kerteminde and be there first thing Tuesday 17th August.

Price
The price is fixed at euro 135 per board / bag - additional boards will be charged at euro 65 per board or per bag. This price exclude insurance which is fixed at euro 45 per board. The price includes loading in Weymouth - and unloading in Kerteminde - and transport direct to Kerteminde.

Other issues
To ensure this service we need full confirmation no later than 18.06.2010 - and payment will be in full within 2 weeks after this date. We need a minimum of 50 orders to offer this service. All boards need to be marked probably with name and mobile number - we will forward labels for marking as soon as we receive order.

At a later stage we will return with full details of our contacts - we look forward to receive your orders - and in case of any questions please do not hesitate to contact us at my email address or mobile number.
