to appoint windsurfing coaches. These are not full time posts
but will include an agreed number of days per year plus
coaching support at agreed regattas.
These opportunities would suit a young specialist windsurfing coach with drive and ambition to make a difference and the ability to work almost unsupervised.
The selected candidates would be required to work in conjunction with the MNA to develop and run the national windsurfing development plan having analysed the standard of the sailors, select suitable international regattas in which to compete. All within the agreed budget.
