After 4 days of racing and 12 races completed the 2014 RS:X Asian Championships came to the end. The forth day brought a change in the weather conditions serving demanding and shifty wind. This didn't distract the top sailors in all RS:X classifications who sailed equally well and almost all of them defended their positions from the previous day.
The day was victorious for Ngai Wai Yan from Hong Kong who after scoring 3 bullets took back the 1rst ranking position and at the same time won the 2014 RS:X Asian Women Champion title. Lo Sin Lam also from Hong Kong, despite finishing 3 times second, dropped down to second position overall. As few months earlier she won the silver medal and became the RS:X Asian Women Vice-Champion for the second time. Bronze medal was awarded to Kaewduang-Ngam Siripon from Thailand, who defended her 3rd position and managed to break the domination of Hong Kong from the beginning of Championships, when Hong Kong was taking all 3 top places.
