Triple Olympian Jessica Crisp (AUS) took the two races of the day to win the RS:X regatta.
Fellow Olympian Yasuko Kosuge (JPN) who had led from day one took second overall having been overhauled in the stronger breeze yetserday. Crisp's sailing partner and Olympian Jannicke Stalstrom took third in the women's division.
Taking 3rd overall and first in the men's division, Leonard Ong [SIN2] finished well clear of 2nd placed man James Levy [AUS007].
Windsurfers from 5 nations and 3 continents took part. Take a look at the Sail Sydney RS:X Results.
Eyes now turn to the first ISAF Sailing World Cup Regatta in Melbourne which starts on December 14th and for Asian RS:X windsurfers to the RS:X Asian Championship starting on December 16th. This unavoidable clash of dates has happened due to the staging of the East Asian Games in Hong Kong which forced the organisers to delay the start of the RS:X Asian Champs by a few days.
