Please note that the ISAF have approved the application by the RS:X to amend Class Rules # C.7.1(d) and C.7.2(c)

This effectively means that the postponement of the effective date for Mark 2 fins only from January 1st 2009 to January 1st 2010. This change was made due to the small number of Mark 2 fins in the market place.
