Coaches shall be members of the ICSA and shall register by June 15th at a cost of Euro 40. Other team support personnel are required to register by the same date at a cost of Euro 50
each. Athletes must pay 120 EURO for
registration.

Competitors shall present the following
documents at the registration on-site:

• Championship Entry Form (Form 1)
• Parent Or Legal Guardian's Assent (Form 2) if applicable
• Medical Treatment Permission (Form 3) if applicable
• A copy of bank transfer details or on-line payment receipt
• A valid third party liability insurance with a minimum cover of 1,000,000 Euros or equivalent.
• Proof of age (passport)
